What is the process?

When you sign up you get to see your personalized intro designer and set a price point. This is the base price point for your time and expertise. At any time you can change the price of your intro and continue working on it, it’s entirely up to you!

What happens if PayPal asks me to create an account?

The PayPal system will ask you if you’d like to create a new account, this is because they require further information such as name, address, and more when depositing their money. At no point will we ask for any information other than your name and email address, we want to keep our process simple through ease of use while continuing to grow.

What happens after I’ve accepted payment?

We will email your personal proof of purchase which instantly activates your intro template. This can either be a full-frontal logo, text, or color pallet. The designer will then send you a customizable link to your completed intro maker on time-sensitive deadlines. Once the deadline is met you will receive your full template and have access to edit at any time!

How will I know that the intro is okay?

We will answer any questions that you may have and provide even more communication while still maintaining the same schedule we’ve always had. We do this because sometimes you want to make changes and wait to perfect what you’re working on, but as a business we are growing and can’t be sacrificing quality for quantity.

I accepted payment, when will I hear about a finalized intro?

It’s entirely up to you! Depending on the deadlines that are set, we begin working as soon as possible. However, if you’re still waiting for your completed template, please be patient and understand that it is out of our hands and in the hands of the designer. As long as you remain in communication with us and reply to any questions that may arise while they continue to work on your intro, you will eventually receive it!
