I’ve been in the construction business for over 30 years and have seen all types of people, from entrepreneurs to retired. I always have an eye out for the young, fresh-faced, and energetic business women that always seem to be in a rush.
The main reason I chose these women over the other two is because they were such a great help to me. The two are not the only ones I have to thank.
I always try to keep two things in mind when I hire new employees. First, I want them to be friendly, outgoing, and easy to work with. The other thing I look for is that they’re not afraid to tell me if they need something. They might actually need something, and I don’t want to be around people who are too afraid to ask.
I think the one thing that really sets these women apart from the other two is that they are so easy-going. They are great at taking care of themselves and doing their absolute best to make my business as successful as possible. I’ve also noticed that these women seem really laid-back. They don’t always go the extra mile for their clients, but they do their job and do so while being absolutely confident in what they do. They also seem to have no trouble selling themselves.
