I have been told a lot of people have a hard time accepting the fact that they don’t know how to “dumb” their employees. That is the biggest one I have found. I’ve read that most people have trouble understanding why they should learn something new, when they should do it anyway.
Dumbing your employees is the biggest fear I have of the software industry. Everyone talks about how people should learn something new, but most people will tell you that they don’t know how to write a good document or how to explain a complex idea.
